The Pennsylvania Theater of Performing Arts is a 501 c(3) non-profit performing arts center that has been enriching the art and cultural base of the Greater Hazleton Area and its surrounding communities for two decades. Productions have ranged from classic and contemporary Broadway musicals and plays to children’s showcases. These performances have featured actors, musicians and dancers from Hazleton, Mountaintop, Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, Jim Thorpe and surrounding areas. It is our goal for the Pennsylvania Theater of Performing Arts to remain a haven for generations of art lovers for many years to come.

Hundreds of people from all over Northeastern PA come through our doors each month to see our productions, while they are waiting for the show to begin or intermission to finish, they page through our playbill.
